From a small kitchen on S Main Street to Manchester's favorite bakery

Francoeur's Cafe began as a passion project — a commitment to doing one thing exceptionally well. Every morning before dawn, our bakers arrive to mix, fold, shape, and bake using the same time-honored techniques that have defined artisan bread for generations.

We source locally milled flour, farm-fresh eggs, and butter from regional dairies. Our coffee is roasted to order, our fruit is seasonal, and our sourdough starter has been nurtured for over three decades. This isn't a recipe we follow — it's a practice we live.
